Panic! on the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band primarily based out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is made from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his adolescence good friend, Spencer Smiths (drums), along side their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
